Privacy policy

A short, plain-English summary of what data we collect when you use DeckForge AI, why we collect it, and what your rights are. Last updated July 2026.

Summary

We collect the minimum amount of data we need to run the website, understand which templates are useful, and serve relevant display ads. We do not sell your personal information to anyone. You can opt out of analytics and personalized advertising at any time using the controls in your browser or in the relevant ad provider's preferences page.

Information we collect

Server logs. Like every website, our servers automatically record the IP address, user agent, requested URL, and response code for each request. We use these logs to detect abuse, debug errors, and produce aggregated traffic statistics. Logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted.

Analytics. We use a privacy-respecting analytics provider that records anonymized page views, referrers, country-level location, and broad device categories. We do not store cookies that identify individual users for analytics purposes.

Advertising. Pages on this site display ads served by third-party ad networks. Those networks may set cookies and use device identifiers to measure ad performance and to serve ads relevant to your interests. The placeholders for these slots are clearly labeled in the page source.

Email. If you write to one of our contact addresses, we keep your message and our reply for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any follow-ups.

Information we do not collect

We do not require an account to download templates. We do not collect names, addresses, or payment information through this website. We do not maintain a marketing list and do not send unsolicited email.

Cookies

We set a small number of strictly necessary cookies to remember your dark-mode preference and to mitigate abuse. Analytics and advertising cookies are set by third parties only when you visit a page that loads those services. You can clear or block these cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any template.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with data-protection laws, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Because we do not maintain user accounts, in practice this is limited to email correspondence you have sent us. To exercise these rights, write to legal@deckforge.ai.

International transfers

Our servers and our analytics and advertising providers may be located in countries other than your own. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards as required by applicable law.

Children

DeckForge AI is intended for a general business audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page with the effective date. Continued use of the site after a change becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.
