Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using DeckForge AI ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply alongside our privacy policy and our template license.
What you can do
You may browse the Site and download any template available in the library, free of charge, for personal and commercial use, subject to the template license. You may share links to template pages and to articles on the blog. You may quote short excerpts from the blog with attribution and a link back.
What you cannot do
You may not republish the templates as a competing template marketplace. You may not scrape the Site at a rate that disrupts service for other users. You may not use the Site to host or distribute illegal content, malware, or material that infringes someone else's rights.
No warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of every word in every template, or that any template is suitable for a specific purpose. Use your own judgment when adapting templates to high-stakes situations such as legal filings or regulated communications.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeckForge AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the Site or its content. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Third-party content
The Site may link to third-party sites such as Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, font providers, and ad networks. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Their use is governed by their own terms.
Changes to the service
We may add, change, or remove templates, blog posts, or other features at any time without notice. We may also discontinue the Site as a whole; if we do, we will provide reasonable advance notice on the homepage where practical.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms, attempts to disrupt the Site, or attempts to circumvent our security measures.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DeckForge AI is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
